My focus of interests emphasize changing existing pedagogical strategies using educational technology as an additional and useful resource when applicable. I also firmly concentrate on aligning and upholding adherence to the SBEC teacher standards and ISTE standards, and any other when creating professional development sessions or classroom lessons. Finally, based on my research, I am interested in improving existing traditional professional development model to one of participant inclusion considering adult learning principles such as andragogy. I am dedicated to promoting and improving the education learning process. It is being focused on objectives and opportunities to cultivate successful students.
